The Deep Cellar
Beneath the winery, underground, lies our Deep Cellar where bottles dating back to 1989, the year of our first vintage, are still being left to mature. This space is an ideal venue for discerning clients to host intimate, atmospheric luncheons or dinners of both a business and a private nature. At a single table seating up to 12 people, specialist staff serve gourmet meals prepared by professional chefs with whom we work regularly.
