The Bottling Premises
The wine is received here in stainless steel isothermal tanks equipped with powerful insulation which prevents the contents from being influenced by external temperature conditions. The wine needs to be maintained at a very low temperature (-5οC) close to its freezing point over several days (5 or 6) in order to acquire stable natural characteristics and prevent sediments from forming once bottled. The wine is then filtered, bottled, labelled and cased. The cases of bottled wine are in turn placed on pallets and transported to an air conditioned cellar for storage.
